Building a habit can be easy, but keeping it can be hard. Research suggests that doing an activity continuously for 21 days can help create a last habit.

We will meet for 20 minutes every day. Twelve days is enough to get you started on a lifelong journey.

Ekras Gorakh
Ekras Gorakh teaches the Yoga of Living Deeply®, an authentic yoga system designed for the modern world. He has founded two learning non-profit organizations.
Ekras Gorakh is a Dhyana meditation and yoga teacher (RYT®500, E-RYT® 200) and has been teaching for ten years in Silicon Valley. He is also an interfaith Hindu speaker who writes and talks about Hindu scriptures such as The Bhagavad Gita and Vedanta philosophy, bringing the ancient wisdom into practical language. He has studied various other traditions, such as Christianity, Taoist QiGong, Tibetan Bon, India’s syncretic Sufi traditions, Sikhism, Jainism, and Buddhism. He loves to create, teach, and write. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, son, and daughter.
